Job Description

We are looking for an individual to drive the membership marketing strategy and implementation for InOnIt.in and to be a key member of the core team at InOnIt. We are looking at candidates who identify with the company and are excited to be a part of the growth story of the company, have an entrepreneurial spirit and wish to work in a startup environment.

The Job functions will include the following:

  1. Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement an annual digital strategy to build membership using tools like:
    SEO: Prepare SEO strategy that will include on-site navigation, content organization, and page detail.

    i. Coordinating With Link Builders and Content Writers

ii.     Interacting With Programmers and Designers to Coordinate System Modifications for SEO Purposes

 iii.     To monitor, track and report on paid search metrics, including trend analysis

 iv.     Set up of new online campaigns

 v.     Back link strategy and implementation

 vi.     Internal link optimization

 vii.     SEO technical analysis and evaluation

 viii.     Incorporating Meta tags, titles, description

 ix.     Researching keywords using Google, Overture, Word Tracker

Social Media Marketing: Build member acquisition through social media marketing plan

i.     Develop and implement facebook, twitter, linkedin and other social media strategy.

ii.     Stay connected with all the latest in social media with ability to constantly innovate on new ideas and how to leverage different social media channels.

Online Media:

i.     Develop online marketing plan including how and where to place banner advertisement

ii.     Find blog partners

iii.     Email partners

iv.     Develop co-marketing opportunities

2. Research

  1. Develop and maintain the "Health Scorecard" based on on-site, in-domain and trending analytics.
  2. Conceptualize and implement improvements to existing website features.
  3. Research and analyze competitor links structure.
  4. Keywords and off-page assets research & analysis

Desired Profile

 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and interest or experience in working with a start up
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly with team members at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
  • Very good working knowledge and experience with search engine marketing and search engine optimization
  • Graduate in any discipline with English medium background
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
